This is the page where you can prepare your bird and bat box selection form.
This might seem a complex way to tell us whether you are interested in having a bird or bat box installed on your property and which bird or bat box you might be interested in, but it’s really important that we:
- Verify the identity of residents. [Note: Soha has delegated this choice to its tenants!]
- Minimise the risk of fraudulent forms being submitted.
- Establish a clear audit trail.
So, to start you on your journey in submitting your form, follow the instructions below.

Your form only counts if you reply to the email! The action of you replying to the email, confirms your identity.
Use the form below to fill in the details in support of your selection.
When you click Prepare Your Form, an email will be sent to the email address you have specified.
You need to check this email and make sure it accurately reflects your requirements.
Then click Reply. Then send your email. Your reply will automatically head our way!
We will collate all forms and after the submission window closes, we will prepare a summary.
Obviously, you can only submit a form once and you can only request a box if TDRA can verify your ownership of a property on the Dovecote.
